InterTours Albania may adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, safety considerations, partner policies, or operational issues. Clients are informed of any changes as early as possible.
Licensed guides and external providers operate independently. InterTours Albania is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by third parties unless specified in the service agreement.
Payments must be made according to agreed terms. Bookings are confirmed only after deposit is received. Refunds, cancellations, and invoicing procedures follow the terms outlined in each client contract.
Clients must provide accurate group information, follow travel requirements, meet deadlines, and ensure participants respect the itinerary and safety instructions at all times.
